RETURNS & REFUNDS

We offer a 45-day return policy. You have 45 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
Email us at support@dryboks.com with:
- Your name
- Order number
- The issue (faulty product, wrong size, etc.)
- What you would like (exchange or refund)

We will respond within 24 hours with instructions on how to return your item. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

DAMAGES & WRONG ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@dryboks.com and we will make it right at no cost to you.

EXCHANGES
The quickest way to exchange is to return your item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

EUROPEAN UNION
If your order is shipped within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 45 days for any reason, no justification needed. Items must be unworn and in original condition with proof of purchase.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval within 2 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, contact us at support@dryboks.com.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
